Fellowship of
Christian Puppeteers is composed of creative aritists who have a desire
to network with other Christian artists. Our first name is Fellowship.
We are open to sharing all ideas, scripts, patterns, etc. to help
one another share the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Along
with Regional "Fellowships",
FCP holds an annual conference
that is family oriented. Classes and activities are offered for all
age groups, including children.
What We Believe
Statement of Faith
Fellowship of Christian Puppeteers (FCP)
Membership shall be offered to all
who, by faith, have personally accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord
and Savior. Members must also believe the Bible, to be the only infallible
Word of God inspired by the Holy Spirit, and that the Bible is the
all inclusive, authoritative rule by which our lives are to be governed.
The members recognize that Christ came to Earth in the form of a man,
conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary and that
He was crucified and died on the cross, shedding His blood as the
only atonement for our sins. Finally, FCP members members recognize
that after His crucifixion, Christ rose from the dead, ascended to
the right hand of the Father in heaven, and will return one day for
those who trust and believe in Him.
Our Story
The Fellowship of
Christian Puppeteers was established in 1974 by a group of Christian
puppeteers who recognized the growing need for resources, ideas, and
education to improve their ministries. Sharing has motivated FCP and its
members. Realizing that our gifts, talents, and resources truly come
from the Lord, we are eager to share in order to help one another in our
commitment to reach a "Sight and Sound" generation with the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. We thrive on people who are willing to share so that we
may all advance in our ministries. The goal of FCP is to provide the
tools, education and resources needed to improve, expand, and develop
puppetry and related performing arts ministries.
Be involved at a local level
through FCP Regional "Fellowships". Regional Fellowships
host festivals during the year.
